We strive to ship every B2C order that is placed on workdays before 15:00 on the same workday. On this website, only products that are in stock and which can be delivered immediately can be ordered. This way, you as Buyer can be certain that you will be sent what you paid for. We do not take and keep any back orders for B2C orders.
When your order is ready to be sent, you will automatically receive a message by e-mail with a copy of your packing slip as well as your invoice. When your order is picked up by the package delivery service, you automatically receive a message by e-mail with the tracking number, so that you can follow your order.
We ship by various package delivery services: UPS, DHL, FEDEX, GLS, DPD and POST services.
When you have placed an order on a workday before 15:00, the order will often be delivered to you on the following day. Be sure that you’re able to receive the order when you place it. The order will be brought to the delivery address that you indicated at the time of your purchase on two sequential days by our package delivery service. If the order is not received on either of these days, then you must collect your order from the delivery service’s designated pick-up depot.
